It is recommended to use a soft bristle toothbrush. Brush gently and for two minutes. Rinse it well in hot water after use so that it kills all lingering germs.
The foods you eat affect your oral health. The foods high in sugar content stick to your teeth and can cause cavities. Similarly, foods high in acid can damage the enamel of your teeth. Limit these kinds of foods and, after eating them, brush your teeth. Foods rich in nutrients like calcium and vitamin C help in maintaining strong bones and boost your gum health.
